Refund and Exchange
We have a 2 day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please follow these below steps.
1. Purchase a shipping label with a tracking number to be addressed to the following address:

2. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. As soon as you prepare the shipping label please send us an email at admin@betrueshop.eu. with the tracking number, to be able to track the package from our side.
3. As soon as we receive your return package, we will inspect it. In case, your return model was not in the same condition you received it, or your return was made after the allowed time window, we will not be able to issue a refund and will get in contact through email to inform you of this decision. If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded, the amount of the model you have returned, on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at admin@betrueshop.eu.
Damages and Related Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like under garments *dress/pants/skirt linning and undercaps for hygenic purposes. Also we cannot accept returns/ and or exchanges on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about this policy.
